Syllabus
Learners must complete all 12 units, which are all mandatory. The qualification totals 240 credits and 2400 hours of Total Qualification Time, with a recommended minimum of 1200 Guided Learning Hours. There are no optional units. The 12 units are the six Level 4 units (120 credits) and the six Level 5 units (120 credits).
Learners must request before enrolment to interchange unit(s) other than the preselected units shown in the SBTL website because we need to make sure the availability of learning materials for the requested unit(s). SBTL will reject an application if the learning materials for the requested interchange unit(s) are unavailable.

If you complete your course within your standard support period, without needing a resubmission or a printed certificate, you pay nothing beyond the course fee. Additional fees apply only in specific optional or performance-based situations:
