MA in Public Administration


Public service managers deal with continuous changes and pressures to deliver more with less, direct a complex policy context and enhance performance while retaining public service values. This qualification is designed for experts in public and non-profit organisations who provide comprehensive and robust support. The students will grasp how to analyse complex general management problems, lead change effectively, and develop their capacity to manage through networks and partnerships. Candidates will be capable of shaping and delivering future public services and moving into more strategic roles in a broad range of organisations. During the course the candidates develops a competent and reflective practitioner skill, both in the present position, and in preparation for more demanding roles in the future. The program comprises two phases; the first phase is the Level 7 Diploma in Public Administration awarded by OTHM, an Ofqual regulated awarding body. The second phase is the MA in Public Administration Top up awarded by University of Chichester. Students who have completed OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Public Administration will only be eligible for the MA in Public Administration Top by University of Chichester.

The University of Chichester is a Public University located in West Sussex, England offering Graduate and Post Graduate Degrees. All the master and top up programs are delivered by London Graduate School and validated by the University of Chichester.

  • The learner needs to possess a Level 7 Diploma in Public Administration qualification (120 credits) from an ofqual regulated awarding body
  • The learner must have a least of 2 years’ work encounter at the graduate level, in either an administrative or proficient capacity which may incorporate deliberate work, situations, and internships, extend administration, etc.

Learners must request before enrolment to interchange unit(s) other than the preselected units shown in the SBL website because we need to make sure the availability of learning materials for the requested unit(s). SBL will reject an application if the learning materials for the requested interchange unit(s) are unavailable.

Learners are not allowed to make any request to interchange unit(s) once enrolment is complete.

As soon as the support receives a response from the allocated tutor, it will be made available to the learner in the portal.
