The Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership is awarded by Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is aimed at junior level managers and supervisors who have responsibility of first level management. This qualification is to enhance the skills of junior managers in effective decision making, communication and motivating the employees to attain the maximum productivity and reduce absenteeism in the organization.

The CMI Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership has 3 levels such as Award, Certificate and Diploma. Learner can choose their preferred level for study.

AWARD: Our Level 3 Award introduces the skills, roles and responsibilities belonging to the first level management. It will also broaden your basic knowledge by developing the various managerial skills.

Learners must:

  • Possess the ability to complete the Level 3 Qualification

Learners must complete at least one unit to a minimum of 40 TUT hours, 4 credits to achieve this qualification.

Learners must request before enrolment to interchange unit(s) other than the preselected units shown in the SBL website because we need to make sure the availability of learning materials for the requested unit(s). SBL will reject an application if the learning materials for the requested interchange unit(s) are unavailable.

Learners are not allowed to make any request to interchange unit(s) once enrolment is complete.
