It depends on your course. For a regulated qualification, your certificate is issued directly by the awarding body once you pass your assessments. For a recognised or accredited course, it's jointly issued by SBTL and the recognition body. For professional skills and CPD courses, your certificate is issued by SBTL — CPD courses accredited by The CPD Group — and ready to download instantly from MyLearnDirect.
For professional skills and CPD courses, your certificate is available to download the moment you complete your assessment. For recognised and accredited courses, it's issued once your assignment is marked and passed. For regulated qualifications, it follows external quality assurance and confirmation by the awarding body.
