Global Partner Network?

At SBTL, we are committed to delivering world-class education beyond borders. Our Global Partner Network — built on what was formerly our Regional Access Partner (RAP) programme — enables trusted organisations and individuals worldwide to extend SBTL’s accredited and professional qualifications to learners in their communities.

As a partner, your role is to provide prospective students with localised, face-to-face guidance and admission support — while all academic delivery, quality assurance, learner support, and administration remain centralised at SBTL. You bring local knowledge and trusted relationships; we bring globally recognised qualifications and a proven learning infrastructure.

Our partners play a vital role in connecting SBTL with learners across the globe. Here is what the role involves — and what it does not.

Learner Outreach & Guidance
Partners provide prospective learners with face-to-face guidance on SBTL's courses, qualification routes, entry requirements, and enrolment process — bridging the gap between SBTL and local learner communities with trusted, personalised advice.
Admissions & Documentation Support
Partners assist learners through the enrolment process — helping with document collection, application review, and communication with SBTL's admissions team. This ensures a smooth, transparent onboarding experience for every learner.
Communication & Transparency
Partners act as a clear, reliable point of contact — ensuring that all information shared with prospective learners accurately reflects SBTL's courses, fees, terms, and policies. Transparent communication is a cornerstone of every partnership.
Local Market Representation
Partners serve as SBTL's local presence in their region — attending education events, building institutional relationships, and promoting SBTL's qualifications to professionals, organisations, and academic institutions within their market.
Quality & Compliance Alignment
All partners are required to uphold SBTL's standards of quality, integrity, and compliance. Partners undergo a thorough vetting process before appointment and are subject to ongoing performance review to maintain the highest standards.
What Partners Do Not Do
Partners do not deliver academic content, grade assessments, or provide tutoring — all academic functions remain entirely centralised at SBTL. Partners also do not operate independently of SBTL's policies, pricing, or qualification terms.

Flexible Commercial Model
We offer two commercial arrangements to suit your partnership model — a commission structure for every successfully enrolled learner, or a fixed fee per course arrangement. Terms are agreed transparently at onboarding, with clear and timely payment processes throughout.
Performance Reporting & Support
Access to regular performance updates, enrolment data, and commercial reporting — ensuring full visibility of your partnership activity and supporting your growth as an SBTL partner.

How to Become a Partner

Submit Your Application
Complete and submit the partner enquiry form below — including details about your organisation, target market, and how you plan to support SBTL learners in your region.

Initial Review & Screening
SBTL's partnerships team will review your application against our quality and compliance criteria — including organisational credibility, market alignment, and commitment to ethical practices.

Introductory Meeting
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an introductory call or meeting with SBTL's partnerships team — to discuss your region, capabilities, learner audience, and mutual expectations.

Due Diligence & Agreement
Successful applicants will complete a due diligence process and enter into a formal Partner Agreement with SBTL — setting out commercial terms, responsibilities, and compliance requirements.

Onboarding & Launch
Approved partners receive full onboarding support — including training, brand resources, and a dedicated partner manager — before officially launching as an SBTL Global Partner.

Established Local Presence
A credible, operational base in your target region — whether as an education consultancy, training provider, corporate organisation, or community institution — with an existing network of prospective learners.
Commitment to Quality & Integrity
A demonstrable track record of ethical, transparent practices in education or learner services. Partners must operate in full compliance with SBTL's standards and relevant local regulatory requirements.
Ability to Support Learner Admissions
Capacity to guide prospective learners through course selection, document collection, and the SBTL enrolment process — providing clear, accurate information at every stage.
Proficiency in English Communication
Partners must be able to communicate with SBTL's admissions and partnerships teams clearly and professionally in English — for all administrative, commercial, and learner-related correspondence.
Alignment with SBTL's Mission
Partners must genuinely believe in the value of accessible, flexible, career-focused education — and be motivated by improving learner outcomes in their region, not just commercial gain.
Defined Target Region or Market
A clearly defined geographic market or learner segment — whether a specific country, city, professional sector, or community group — in which you will actively promote and support SBTL enrolments.
